Jax Outdoor Solutions recently completed a custom putting green installation at a coastal residence located along A1A South in St. Augustine Beach, transforming an already exceptional property into a highly functional, recreation-focused outdoor living environment.
Situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, the home offered a unique opportunity to expand usable outdoor space while preserving the natural character of its coastal setting. The finished project features over 1,000 square feet of professionally engineered putting green surface, complemented by approximately 600 square feet of surrounding fringe, creating more than 1,600 square feet of total playable green space. The layout was carefully designed to flow naturally through existing palm trees and landscape features, maintaining a seamless connection between the home and its outdoor environment.
This addition transformed the backyard into a destination—ideal for casual practice, entertaining guests, or simply enjoying the outdoors in a relaxed coastal setting. Unlike traditional turf or seasonal grass, the putting green provides a clean, consistent surface that remains vibrant and usable throughout the year.
