At Jax Outdoor Solutions, we recently had the opportunity to upgrade the amenity center for the Sevilla at World Commerce Center HOA with a new artificial turf installation designed for durability, aesthetics, and year-round usability. Starting with a Strong Foundation

We prepared the base by installing and compacting layers of crushed aggregate, creating a solid, level surface that supports drainage and prevents settling. Once the base was ready, the artificial turf was rolled out, trimmed to fit the space, and seamed together to create a clean, seamless appearance. The turf was then secured, infilled, and power brushed so the fibers stand upright and replicate the natural look and feel of grass.
